Through years, Jilin University, South China University of Technology and University of South Australia have established a strong research interest in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT). In order to be a leading university in this field, it is important for Chinese scholars to share their research ideas and knowledge with international colleagues and more importantly to discuss the practical problems with industry partners. This conference is jointly hosted by three leading universities in China and Australia with support from international leading experts, it is believed that this joint effort will deliver a successful international conference.
